AdultProgram Description
Calling all culinary enthusiasts! At each Let's Dish gathering, we will explore a different food theme. Participants will select a recipe that fits the theme, prepare it at home, and arrive ready to share their dish and cooking experience.
Please bring serving utensils for your dish. Disposable tableware and water will be provided. Participants who bring a dish will be able to sample others. Participants should also feel free to bring a reusable container as we often have leftovers to share.
This month's theme is Breakfast for Dinner. Find a list of suggested cookbook titles at bit.ly/bplbrinner.
Registration is required and can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or by visiting the Help Desk to register in person. Let's Dish meets every other month -- in February, April, June, August, October, and December -- on the second Monday.
Note: This is a potluck event and recipes will be prepared in personal kitchens. Eat at your own discretion.

Hearing Device Assistance
To accommodate hard-of-hearing patrons, the library offers the use of assistive listening devices in each Community Room and in each Children’s Program Room. For these devices to work, the presenter must use the room’s sound system. For the clearest sound, make sure the device is unobstructed by clothing or jewelry and sit in the first few rows.
If you experience connectivity issues, please let a staff member know. A guide on using the assistive listening devices is available.
