Celebrate a birth, graduation, new position, significant achievement, retirement or other special occasion. Thank a teacher or coach for a great year. Honor the memory of a loved one or commemorate a special event with a gift to the library.

While the Library is happy to discuss commemorative gift options, the most common commemorative gifts are made in the form of monetary contributions which are earmarked to purchase items for the Library's collection.

Bookplates with the name of the person being honored and the name of the person giving the gift can be placed in materials purchased with these donations.

If your gift is in honor of or in memory of an individual, the Library can send an acknowledgement of your gift to the individual or to the family of the individual.

From 10am-1pm on the second Saturday of each month, the library accepts donations of gently used books, audiobooks, DVDs, Blu-Ray Discs, CDs, and puzzles.

Those wishing to donate are asked to bring the materials to the Community Room or to pull into the library’s main parking lot, take an immediate left, and drive under the overhang. There, volunteers will help unload the materials from the donor’s vehicle.

The vast majority of items donated are sold in the library’s Used Book Shoppe with proceeds benefiting Library programs.
