Parking Lot & Drive-Up Lane

For the foreseeable future, patrons will need to both enter and exit the library’s parking lot from the east. The west half of the lot will be blocked off for construction.

  • The southernmost lane will serve as the entrance. Patrons need to make an immediate left upon entering the lot.
  • The northernmost lane will serve as the exit.

A Drive-Up Lane has been added to the southeast corner of the building. Patrons using the Drive-Up Lane must put items on hold in advance. Signage marks the lane and provides instruction.

Browser Packs

A Browser Pack is a collection of up to 15 items, curated by Library staff.

Patrons with a Bloomington Public Library card or a card from another library that is registered at Bloomington Public Library may request browser packs. Library cards must be in good standing.

Browser packs contain up to 15 items total. The number of items in each browser pack is dependent on subject availability and the discretion of library staff. Popular seasonal items may be limited. Due to construction, some collections have limited availability.

Materials will be placed on hold. You will be contacted when your materials are ready for pick up.

If you know exactly which titles you want, place a hold through our catalog, rather than using this form.
