Paper forms and instructions should become available during February 2025. Tax forms can also be printed at the Library for 15 cents per page.
- Once per tax season, you can receive 5 printed tax form pages for free from staff at the Help Desk.
VITA will be available at the Library to prepare taxes for those who are eligible. Click to learn more about VITA tax preparation services. Guidelines are also listed below.
VITA (income guidelines apply)
VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) is an organization that works with families throughout McLean County to help prepare federal and state income tax returns.
The income guidelines to use this service are:
- If you are SINGLE with no dependents, your income must be $45,000 or less.
- If you are SINGLE WITH DEPENDENTS, your income must be $67,000 or less.
- If you are MARRIED, your combined income must be $67,000 or less.
