At the Bloomington Library

While supplies last, the library has available Federal and State of Illinois Tax Forms. You'll find these on the library's second floor. Tax forms can also be printed at the library for 15 cents per page. 

  • Once per tax season, you can receive 5 printed tax form pages for free from staff at the Help Desk on the library's second floor.

VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) will be available at the Library to prepare taxes for those who are eligible. An appointment must be made in advance with VITA. Check the VITA appointment site for available times. Income guidelines apply and are listed below.

VITA

VITA is an organization that works with families throughout McLean County to help prepare federal and state income tax returns. Income guidelines apply and are as follows:

  • If you are SINGLE with no dependents, your income must be $45,000 or less.
  • If you are SINGLE WITH DEPENDENTS, your income must be $69,000 or less.
  • If you are MARRIED, your combined income must be $69,000 or less.
