Program Description

Let’s Dish! A Cookbook Club

​Calling culinary enthusiasts! Join us in exploring the book Half Baked Harvest: Recipes for Balanced, Flexible, Feel-Good Meals Every Day by Tieghan Gerard. Prepare a recipe of your choosing from the cookbook and bring it to share. Copies of the cookbook will be available to borrow from the Help Desk on the second floor of the library.

Half Baked Harvest Every Day by Tieghan Gerard

As we sample these culinary creations, we'll discuss food and cooking. Please bring serving utensils for your dish. Disposable tableware and water will be provided. Participants who bring a dish will be able to sample others. 

Registration is preferred and can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or by visiting the Help Desk to register in person.

Note: This is a potluck event and recipes will be prepared in personal kitchens. Eat at your own discretion.
