ChildProgram Description
Children in Grades 3-5 will make a marbled paper-covered journals. Marbling paper is a historic art form that creates unique, decorative paper. Participants will learn how to marble paper and construct a blank journal which they will then take home to keep. All materials will be provided by the library.
During the registration window for this program, registration can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6155, or by visiting the library and registering in person. Registration is limited to 15 kids.

Hearing Device Assistance
To accommodate hard-of-hearing patrons, the library offers the use of assistive listening devices in each Community Room and in each Children’s Program Room. For these devices to work, the presenter must use the room’s sound system. For the clearest sound, make sure the device is unobstructed by clothing or jewelry and sit in the first few rows.
