Introduction to String Art

Registered teens in Grades 6-12 will join us in the Community Room where we'll use an assortment of tools to create string art.

To be successful in the program, teens will need to select an 8" x 11" image which they will print out and use as a template for their art. The design should be simple enough that it will extend to a one-color pattern using string. Advanced methods for adding extra colors will be discussed.

During the registration window for this program, registration can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or in person at the Adult Services Desk. Registration is limited to 15 teens in grades 6-12 grade.
