ChildProgram Description
The Illinois Symphony Orchestra Guild of Bloomington-Normal will present an INSTRUMENT PLAYGROUND at Bloomington Public Library. Children ages 5-11 years old are invited to sample various instruments from the brass, woodwind, string, and percussion families of the orchestra.
Members of the Guild will be on hand to help the children, answer questions, and conduct instrument demonstrations.

Hearing Device Assistance
To accommodate hard-of-hearing patrons, the library offers the use of assistive listening devices in each Community Room and in each Children’s Program Room. For these devices to work, the presenter must use the room’s sound system. For the clearest sound, make sure the device is unobstructed by clothing or jewelry and sit in the first few rows.
