On the day of the closure ...

  • The Bookmobile will make all its stops.
  • Our book return drop box will be relocated to the area outside of the Olive Street entrance.

This closure will allow us to apply asphalt to our parking lot.

Family Night Zoovie

Join us at Miller Park Zoo for a family night zoovie. We'll be screening Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile (PG) at 8pm. The doors will open at 7pm. Arrive early to visit the library's table, collect your summer reading log, and to say "Hi!" to the animals! 

Beginning Friday, May 19, the Library will make available 200 free tickets to the movie which can be picked up -- while supplies last -- at the Children's Services Desk. Anyone age 2 and older must have a ticket for entry. If you don’t get free tickets from the Library, tickets will cost $5 each if pre-purchased from the Zoo or $7 each at the door. To pre-purchase tickets please call the Zoo at 309.434.2250.
