In accordance with recommendations from the Center for Disease Control, masks are required to be worn by staff and patrons.

Masks must cover both nose and mouth.

Program Description

FAFSA Workshop

If you're planning to head to college next year, register and join us in the Community Room for help filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2022-2023 school year.

A representative from the Illinois Student Assistance Commission will be on hand to assist students and their families as they complete their FAFSA applications.
(The State Deadline for Illinois is as soon as possible after October 1, 2021. Awards will be made until funds are depleted.)

This assistance is available to anyone who plans to attend college in 2022-2023. Registration for this program is required and space is limited.

Those attending should bring the following:

  1. Social Security Number
  2. Alien Registration Number (if you are not a U.S. citizen)
  3. 2020 federal income tax returns, W-2s, and other records of money earned.
  4. Bank statements and records of investments (if applicable)
  5. Records of untaxed income (if applicable)
