Program Description

Dungeons & Dragons: Parnast Under Siege (Part 1)

Join us online for a night of Dungeons and Dragons in which we'll explore the adventure: Parnast Under Siege.

We will be playing 5E Dungeons and Dragons using Roll20 and Zoom. A mic, headset, and a free account at Roll20.net are needed. Pre-generated characters will be provided if desired, but you will have the option of rolling your own 4th-level character for the event.

Registration for this program can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or by visiting the Adult Services Desk and registering in person. Those who register will receive a confirmation email which will include more information about the Zoom and Roll20 sessions, as well as information about character generation.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 2-part event. You need not sign up for both, but you won't experience the whole adventure unless you do. The second part of this event will take place on September 2. If you're interested in completing both parts of this adventure, please sign up for both the August 19 and September 2 sessions. You can sign up for the September 2 session at bit.ly/bpldd902

.

ALSO OF NOTE: Another 2-part program -- identical to this one -- will be held on September 16 and September 30. You need not sign up for either of those programs if you're taking part in the session being offered on August 19 and September 2..

THE ADVENTUREIn this fourth-level adventure, an ever-growing host continues to join under Bad Fruul’s banner. No longer content to simply attack caravans or isolated homesteads, the hill giant warlord descends upon Parnast at the head of a great force of humanoids. SEER warns the adventurers (directly now) in time to rally the town and prepare defenses, but a heroic effort is required to break the siege.
