In the Children's Department at Bloomington Public Library, there are 4 pictures of Melvin the Giraffe (BPL's unofficial mascot) in different Halloween costumes. 

Kids can vote for their favorite Melvin costume, and then draw a picture of their favorite Halloween costume to add to the bulletin board display.
