Program Description

This is a not-to-be-missed chance to meet Derick Wilder and K-Fai Steele!

This wonderful pair are the author and illustrator of the new picture book Does a Bulldozer Have a Butt? Join their virtual visit on Zoom, where you will hear them read aloud the book, talk about how it was made, brainstorm and draw live, and answer questions. In advance, you can send questions you would like to ask Derick and K-Fai to alexb@bloomingtonlibrary.org or enter them the day-of the presentation using the chat feature. The link to join the program will be sent via email once you have registered.

Derick Wilder is the author of Does a Bulldozer Have a Butt? and The Longest Letsgoboy — the 2022 Margaret Wise Brown Prize Honor Book and an SCBWI Crystal Kite Award winner. K-Fai Steele is an illustrator and author who grew up in a very old house with a printing press her father bought from a magician. She illustrated Does a Bulldozer Have a Butt? and wrote and illustrated A Normal Pig and All Eyes on Ozzy!  Born in Charlton, Massachusetts, K-Fai now lives in Lausanne, Switzerland.
