  • Our book return drop box will be relocated to the area outside of the Olive Street entrance.

This closure will allow us to apply asphalt to our parking lot.

In celebration of Star Wars Day, teens will make R2D2 paper circuits, complete with an LED! 

Beginning May 1, registration can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or in person at the Adult Services Desk. Supply kits will be reserved for the first 15 teens to register. An email with details about picking up the kit -- including a pickup deadline -- will follow registration.

Participants will be provided with: an LED, conductive tape, batteries, a paper R2D2 pattern, and instructions. Participants will need to provide their own clear Scotch tape (optional) and scissors.

No online instruction – neither pre-recorded nor live – will be provided.
