Does your child have a stuffed animal who would love to come to a sleepover at the library?
Stuffed animals can be dropped off at the desk in the Children's Department any time between 5pm and 9pm on Wednesday, December 13. Animal owners are welcome to attend their first sleepover activity with their stuffed friends -- a Stuffed Animal Story Time which will begin at 6pm. If you would like to attend the Story Time but your stuffed animal is too nervous to stay the night, your animal can go home with you when story time is over!
Once all of the stuffed animals have arrived and the party gets started, we will take photos of the shenanigans that ensue throughout the library. Photos will be printed and added to thank-you cards from the stuffed animals to their owners.
There is no need to register, but our physical space may fill up, so come early to get a spot and make a few friends!
Stuffed animals can be picked up beginning at 9am on Thursday, December 14. We ask that your stuffed animal's library stay not extend past 5pm on Sunday, December 17.
