Teens who register for this take & make craft will create a winter-inspired snowman decoration.
Kits will be reserved for the first 40 teens who register. An email with details about picking up the kit -- including a pickup deadline -- will follow registration. During registration, participants will indicate if they’d like to pick up their kit at Curbside Pickup, on the Bookmobile, or at the Adult Services Desk. Beginning January 10, registration can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or in person at the Adult Services Desk.
Craft kits will contain: a white crew sock, a small random colored sock, rice, rubber bands, random colorful buttons, small black buttons, orange felt, random colored ribbon, and fabric glue. Participants will need to provide their own their own scissors and a funnel (a basic piece of paper curled to use as a funnel will work for this project).
