Program Description

Meditation is a very simple practice, available to all. Utilizing this technique can reduce stress, increase calmness, and clarity as well as promote happiness. Learning how to meditate is so easy, and the benefits can come quickly. Join longtime meditator Zelma Pierce Chamberlain, M.Ed., who will share practical steps to learning this technique and provide an opportunity for participants to try it on their own. By incorporating meditation into your daily routine, you will see the changes!

About the Presenter 

Zelma Pierce Chamberlain, M.Ed, is a retired educator with more than 20 years of experience collaborating with a non-traditional school population. She is also a national Women’s Retreat Coordinator for a non-profit organization. She facilitates and presents at women’s retreats throughout the country teaching a meditative technique that is widely respected and provides numerous benefits.
