Program Description

Mindful Eating (in-person program)

Mindful eating is the practice of developing an open-minded awareness. In this free program hosted by dietitian staff from Carle Health & Fitness Center, participants will learn how the food we choose affects our body, feelings, and mind. This practice helps you tune into hunger and satiety cues to guide your decisions. Throughout this presentation you will learn to rethink your relationship with food.

Registration is required and can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or in person at the Adult Services Desk.

If you register using the form below, you will have registered to attend this program in person. In-person attendance is limited to 20. If you prefer to attend virtually, please register for the VIRTUAL VERSION of this program at bit.ly/bpleating2
