Program Description

Let Freedom Read Community Book Discussion

Let's celebrate the freedom to read! Read one or more of the books from American Library Association's Top 13 Most Challenged Books of 2022 and arrive prepared to discuss it with others. Light refreshments will be provided.

This event is welcoming to all. Attendees should respect the safe space we are creating for our local LGBTQ and BIPOC communities and members of other marginalized groups.

This program is cosponsored by the Normal Public Library. Registration is required and space is limited. Register here: Let Freedom Read!: Community Book Discussion | Normal Public Library (normalpl.org).

The discussion will take place at the Community Activity Center, 1110 Douglas St., Normal.
