Juneteenth Pop-Up Library @ the McLean County Museum of History
Celebrate Juneteenth with us at the McLean County Museum of History. Juneteenth is the oldest nationally celebrated holiday commemorating the end of slavery. Our Juneteenth pop-up library will feature books written and illustrated by Black authors and illustrators. We will also offer a take-and-make craft to our youngest patrons. You'll find us inside at the McLean County Museum of History at 200 N. Main St.
Library staff will be available to check out books, get you signed up for the Summer Reading Program, and issue library cards. The take and-make-craft will be handed out on a first-come, first-serve basis.
