Program Description

Introduction to SketchUp

Teens will have the opportunity to learn the basics of SketchUp, a very popular 3D modeling program. The free version of SketchUp (which teens will be using during this program) is robust, easy to use, and an ideal place to start learning about the software. With Sketchup, people an explore architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and video game design ... including drawing layout functionality, surface rendering, and more.

Each teen will need to create an account at bit.ly/bpltrimble, preferably before the class begins.

Registration is limited to 15 teens, opens at 9am on Monday, September 11, and can be completed online at bit.ly/bplsketchup926 , by calling 309.590.6168, or in person at the Adult Services Desk.

The program will take place virtually on Zoom. Those who register will receive a link to the program in their registration confirmation email.
