Felt Ice Cream Cone Magnet: Take & Make Craft

With this take-and-make craft kit, teens will create a summer-inspired ice cream cone magnet.

Kits will be reserved for the first 60 teens who register. An email with details about picking up the kit -- including a pickup deadline -- will follow registration. During registration, registrants will indicate if they’d like to pick up their kit in our Drive-Up Lane, on the Bookmobile, or at the Adult Services Desk. Beginning June 20, registration can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or in person at the Adult Services Desk.

Craft kits will contain several felt balls, a tan sheet of felt, other colors of felt for sprinkles (optional), brown marker, magnet, and fabric glue. Participants will need to provide their own their own scissors.

No online instruction – either pre-recorded or live – will be provided.
