Program Description

DIY Electronic Greeting Cards

Using copper tape and LED lights, teens will learn to create interactive greetings cards which can be customized for any occasion. On Thursday, February 3, each teen registered for the program will need to visit the Circulation Desk at the library to pick up a supply kit. Supply kits will include copper tape, batteries, LED lights and paper. Each teen will need to provide scissors, markers, and tape to complete the project.

The program will take place virtually over Zoom. Registrants will also receive a link to the instructions.

Registration is required and is limited to 15 teens. Registration will open at 9am on Monday, January 24, and can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or in person at the Adult Services Desk.
