Program Description

Dungeons & Dragons: The Black Road

Join us online for a night of Dungeons and Dragons in which we'll explore the adventure: The Black Road.

We will be playing 5E Dungeons and Dragons using Roll20 and Zoom. A mic, headset, and a free account at Roll20.net are needed. Pre-generated characters will be provided if desired, but you will have the option of rolling your own 3rd-level character for the event.

Registration for this program can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or by visiting the Adult Services Desk and registering in person. Those who register will receive a confirmation email which will include more information about the Zoom and Roll20 sessions, as well as information about character generation.

Note: This one-shot adventure is identical to another session being offered in March. You needn't sign up for both.

Please send any questions to the event coordinator at: daleb@bloomingtonlibrary.org

THE ADVENTURE:

In this third level adventure, trouble is brewing in the Anauroch Desert of the Forgotten Realms. Caravans attempting to traverse the Black Road are faced with organized attacks by bands of orcs and hobgoblins working in concert. You and your companions are selected by an unusual client to accompany some important cargo across the desert and, if possible, find out who or what is behind this baffling alliance.
