The Buzz About Bees

How can you help the bees? Both honeybees and native bees need our support. Understanding their life cycles will help you learn about the needs of the bees. Join us for this important environmental program. 

Speaker Patti Koranda, a.k.a. "PK", has been a beekeeper for 10 years, is on the Board of the Central Illinois Beekeeping Association (CIBA), has managed beehives at Sugar Grove Nature Center, is a master naturalist, and is a retired teacher. 

The Bloomington and Normal Public Libraries are partnering to bring this program to the community. 

Registration is required and space is limited. Register below, by calling 309.590.6168, or in person at the Adult Services Desk.  This event will take place in Normal Public Library's Community Room.
