Program Description

Teens will enjoy some Halloween fun assembling the parts of 3D printed skeletons. Participants will have the opportunity to use circuitry and LEDs to make the skeleton eyes light up and will use beading cord to enable the skeleton's body to dance. For teens who like puzzles, this program is not one to miss because the skeletons will have many pieces to assemble.

Each skeleton kit will include 3D-printed skeleton parts, a coin battery, coin holder, LED lights, and beading cord. Each teen will need to provide their own pair of scissors, glue and tape.

Supplies will be reserved for those who register and can be picked up at the Circulation Desk. Please do not come to the library to pick up your supplies until you’ve received an email stating that your supply kit is ready to be picked up.

Registration is limited to 10 teens, opens at 9am on Monday, October 10, and can be completed online below, by calling 309.590.6168, or in person at the Adult Services Desk.

The program will take place virtually on Zoom. Those who register will receive a link to the program in their registration confirmation email.

Questions regarding registration can be emailed to techprogramming@bloomingtonlibrary.org.
