Construction Progress
Here is a view of construction happening on the S. East Street side of the library. The staircase is shown being torn down as the building expands into the previous overhang area used for parking.

In this area we see construction work happening along the Olive Street and S. East Street corner of the library building. This area is adjacent to the existing library patio.
