Raising Healthy Kids During the Pandemic & Returning to School Post COVID

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the mental and physical health of children and teens. Virtual learning and social distancing has increased the amount of screen time for children, which has not been without consequences. Learn tips on how to prepare your kids for a safe return to school for the 2021-2022 school year, including information on the COVID vaccine. Event attendees will be entered in a drawing to receive a free tote bag!

This 1-hour virtual program is presented by Kristy Braun, a nurse practitioner specializing in pediatrics at OSF Hospital and is in partnership with local organization B/N Parents.
