Program Description

Books 'n Bites - Black History

Join us for a Children's Lit Party which will focus on Black authors. Savor a snack while we speak about stories. Or tuck into a tasty treat while we talk about new and important tales created by people of color.

(Have you heard of I Am Every Good Thing? It's good.)

You don't need to prepare anything in advance for Books 'n Bites. However, you're more than welcome to enjoy a tasty treat or two while we talk. And if you have a book you'd like to share, please tell us about it!

During the registration window for this program, registration can be completed online below or by calling 309.590.6155. As soon as registration is complete, you will receive an email with a link to access the online discussion.
