Lost Library Card
The loss or theft of a library card should be reported immediately to the Check Out Desk. Please call 309.828.6091 ext. 2. To replace your lost library card please bring a valid form of identification (driver's license, voter registration card, checkbook, or utility bill) to the Check Out Desk or Bookmobile. Lost cards are replaced for $2.
