Children's Library Cards
Children are eligible for a Bloomington Public Library card at any age.
Parents and legal guardians will need to present valid photo identification and proof of current address during the application process.
Children will be asked to put their legal name on the application, but the parent or legal guardian will sign the application, indicating financial responsibility for items on the child's account.
