WiFi

The Bloomington Public Library is a Wi-Fi hotspot. Most users can simply bring their wireless-enabled laptop computer or other wireless device to the library and turn it on. The computer will automatically recognize the wireless network. However, everyone’s computer is different and you are responsible for knowing how to configure your own equipment. The library cannot be responsible for any changes you make to your computer’s settings.

Wireless users agree to abide by the library’s policy, which prohibits abusive or illegal activity while using the library’s Internet service. The library’s Internet filter can not be turned off when using the wireless service.

Printing is not available while using wireless service. If you need to print, please save your work to a disk or email files to an online email account, then from a library workstation, send your print jobs to a library printer.
