Book Club Kits

The Bloomington Public Library has collected multiple copies of recent bestsellers and other popular titles and created Book Club Kits that may be checked out by book discussion groups.

Each kit holds between six and 15 copies of a title and can be checked out for up to eight weeks at a time. The kits are checked out as a set and should be returned to the library as a set. You may check out up to two Book Club Kits at a time. Book Club Kits may not be renewed.

How to find Book Club Kits available at the Bloomington Public Library

1. Click on “Catalog” in the Find box on the library’s homepage.
2. Click on “Power Search” on the online catalog search screen (located in lower center – circled in red)
   
3. On the resulting Advanced Search screen, fill in the fields as shown below:
   1. Fifth bold option “location” (below Search & Reset buttons) choose: Book Discussion Kits from the list.
      
4. Click on “Search” to see a list of Book Club Kits the library owns. The resulting list includes Book Club Kits, Lapsit Kits, and Teen Book Kits.
