Inspirational Fiction
Inspirational fiction, sometimes referred to as Christian fiction, incorporates Christian values as the basis for the actions and motivations of the characters. Inspirational fiction is often characterized by the absence of sex, violence, or profanity, or presents these unglamorously as the characters search for faith-guided answers to moral dilemmas. The Bloomington Public Library actively collects titles in this genre and receives new titles automatically for certain popular authors.
