Audio Books
Don't have time to read that new popular book? Maybe every copy of the book is checked out from the library and you don't want to wait. How about considering an audio book format? The library carries many of our most popular titles on audio book. The collection consists mostly of books on CD but we have some titles still languishing on audio cassette and we have recently embraced the newest media form: books on MP3 disc. The MP3 format is simply a more compressed digital form than the traditional CD. Nearly all newer CD players also play MP3s, including CD players in many newer car. The audio books are located in the AV area in the lower level of the library, located on the wall behind the music CDs.
