Answers
There are three ways to receive answers to your reference questions at Bloomington Public Library:
- Librarians are happy to provide answers to your questions. You can ask a question in person at the library, or by phone at 828.6091 x206 or 207.
- Complete the email form and your question will be answered within 24-48 hours. This is most appropriate for non-urgent questions, or questions dealing specifically with the Bloomington Public Library, such as policies or local information.
- Complete the chat form and your question will be answered within minutes, with possible follow-up by email. This is appropriate for questions that need a quick, short answer. Because the chat service is staffed by librarians across the country, questions should not be specific to Bloomington Public Library, or require special knowledge of the area to be answered.
